  • Manage the DS World 2025 exhibitor and sponsorship program
  • Interact with exhibitors and sponsors, answering questions and building relationships to deliver a strong Dentsply Sirona partnership
  • Follow-up with prospects, highlighting the features and benefits of DS World and securing participation
  • Manage the DS World exhibitor portal in Cvent; build reporting dashboards for exhibitor and sponsor revenue and share updates weekly
  • Ensure exhibitor and sponsorship deliverables are received
  • Shadow tradeshow manager for support and problem solving; participate in planning meetings
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master degree program
  • Ability to work 40 hours a week beginning in June 2025, for approximately 10 - 12 weeks
  • Minimum GPA 3.0
  • Demonstrated leadership experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Has interest/ability to work in a dynamic, challenging work environment
  • Good time management/organization skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Microsoft Suite experience preferred
  • Experience in and/or leading team projects
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
