About The Position

The position involves identifying, recruiting, and generating qualified potential student leads specifically targeting the corporate market segment in Miami Dade and Broward Counties. The role requires developing, fostering, and promoting outreach activities within the community to create exposure and branding for the institution.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to daily communications via email and voicemail, addressing inquiries professionally.
  • Ensure strict adherence to the University's mission, policies, procedures, ethical standards, and compliance with data protection regulations in all admission activities.
  • Participate in Commencement Exercises, new student orientation, university events, committees, self-studies, and University Commencement Ceremonies.
  • Execute special projects assigned by the President or supervisor.
  • Ensure compliance with Title IX, FNU Policies, FERPA, FIPA, GDPR, and other applicable laws and regulations.
  • Undertake other assigned duties as required.
  • Obtain thorough knowledge of the objectives, requirements, and content of all programs of study offered by the college to present complete information to prospective students and organizations.
  • Work closely with academic and administrative personnel to target corporate recruitment efforts based on program requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director, DOA, and ADOA to support the development and implementation of the outreach corporate recruitment program.
  • Identify, recruit, and generate qualified potential student leads from the corporate market segment.
  • Develop, revise, and adapt presentations and materials to address market needs.
  • Target specific market segments by visiting organizations and making presentations.
  • Develop, maintain, and submit weekly and daily reports to Marketing Director, DOA, and ADOA.
  • Submit a weekly mileage report for reimbursement purposes.
  • Participate in recruitment activities such as educational fairs and career days to maximize enrollment opportunities.
  • Maintain a leads management program, including qualified leads and follow-up calls.
  • Achieve a minimum of one enrollment per week.
  • Evaluate and recommend recruiting materials and marketing capabilities.
  • Spearhead demographic research to determine target schools for recruitment.
  • Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategy.
  • Recommend changes to target appropriate student populations in different high schools.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for active military students, providing guidance through the admissions process.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of military educational benefits and assist prospective students in understanding available resources.
  • Offer specialized assistance to active military students during the enrollment process.
  • Stay informed about changes in military educational policies and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
