About The Position

The Corporate Donor Relations Manager leads corporate fundraising strategy for the Erlanger Health Foundation, including the development of sponsorship proposals, donor engagement plans, and partnership frameworks that result in philanthropic investment. This individual manages a portfolio of corporate prospects and donors, builds long-term relationships within the business community, and works across internal teams to ensure recognition, impact reporting, and stewardship. The Corporate Donor Relations Manager contributes to the Foundations growth by identifying new sources of corporate support, cultivating institutional partnerships, and aligning giving opportunities with marketing, community health, and workforce investment initiatives. This role is designed for a relationship focused professional with strong written and interpersonal communication skills, and a proven ability to move corporate prospects toward active support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, Business, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate giving, institutional fundraising, or sponsorship development.
  • Demonstrated success in securing corporate support and managing donor relationships.
  • Strong writing and presentation skills, with experience in proposal development and donor engagement.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in healthcare, hospital, or academic fundraising.
  • Familiarity with donor databases and CRM platforms such as Raisers Edge or Salesforce.
  • CFRE (Certified Fund-Raising Executive) designation or equivalent certification.
