Why Join Corporate Director of TPM & Reliability? Clemens Food Group is building the next generation of enterprise reliability leadership. You will work directly with plant leaders, trades teams, and reliability engineers to drive operational improvement, reduce downtime, and build a culture of ownership around equipment reliability. The Impact You’ll Make You will design and lead a network-wide reliability strategy that strengthens asset performance and operational resilience. Your work will directly influence equipment uptime, production stability, and the long-term efficiency of our manufacturing operations. This role also plays a critical part in developing the next generation of reliability engineers and maintenance leaders across the company. Support capital investment decisions through asset lifecycle analysis and reliability modeling. Coach reliability engineers and plant maintenance leaders on structured problem solving. Partner with production, safety, quality, and maintenance leaders to improve operational performance. What Makes This Role Exciting? Opportunity to design and shape enterprise reliability strategy, not simply operate within an existing system. Direct influence on operational performance across a network of production facilities. Skills & Mindset Engineering or technical degree, mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, or industrial engineering. Extensive experience leading TPM deployment in a multi-site manufacturing environment. Strong background in reliability methodologies including RCM, FMEA/FMECA, and RCFA. Proven leadership in predictive, preventive, and precision maintenance programs. 15+ years as a professional engineer and reliability professional 10+ years of leading and supporting technical teams across a multi-site organization Experience influencing cross-functional teams without direct operational authority.
