Xanterra Travel Collection, one of the world's leading experiential providers with property locations in some of the most iconic destinations in North America, is hiring for a dynamic and experienced Corporate Director of Sales. The ideal candidate will be an experienced senior sales leader in the hospitality / resort industry, with proven success in delivering ambitious occupancy and revenue targets for a portfolio of properties, and a history of managing, training and motivating team members across geographically dispersed locations to set and exceed sales goals. This role will play a pivotal role in delivering revenue growth for the organization and is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans at both the corporate and property levels, while leading a network of regional sales teams. This role is a blend of strategic oversight and hands-on selling, where you will actively engage with major national and property accounts while also training, supporting and mentoring our property sales teams. Our preferred candidate will have extensive experience in travel or hospitality sales, deep industry connections, and the proven ability to proactively identify, prospect, renew and close business. This role will work closely with senior leadership to align sales efforts with overall business goals, build deep, trusted relationships with key clients, and identify new opportunities for cross-selling and innovate new revenue stream opportunities across Xanterra's portfolio of brands.
