About The Position
The Director of Safety at Cutter Aviation is responsible for overseeing and managing all safety programs across the company's multiple locations, including FBOs, MROs, and Flight Operations. This role involves developing, implementing, and monitoring the Company's safety program, ensuring compliance with aviation safety standards, and providing guidance on safety matters to management at all levels. The Director will also prepare annual safety reports and conduct safety training, inspections, and audits to foster a culture of safety within the organization.
