About The Position

The Corporate Director of Resident Experience at Maplewood Senior Living is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Lifestyle and Memory Care departments across multiple communities. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Extensive leadership and management experience in senior living or healthcare management.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills to motivate a team across multiple locations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with staff and residents.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing effective programs in a senior living setting.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in memory care programs.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations related to senior living.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of Lifestyle and Memory Care departments across all communities.
  • Provide direct support and guidance to Lifestyle and Memory Care Directors.
  • Implement and refine operational best practices across multiple locations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork and innovation.
  • Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships in local markets to promote the brand.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and staff.
  • Develop and lead comprehensive onboarding and continuous training programs for staff.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to design and evaluate programs that enhance resident quality of life.
  • Monitor program outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement.
