About The Position

Duties/Responsibilities: • Provide valuable insights through analyses of our goals and identification of drivers and detractors contributing to their success. • Assist in establishing the annual budget and forecast by offering essential data to the General Manager and JECO. • Identify and convey gaps in opportunities for sharing with other teams. • Serve as the subject matter expert on the Regional Leadership Team for both strategic analysis and project management. • Oversee, manage, and lead high-level projects working across all aspects of sales, distribution, and operations. • Collaborate with project leaders to oversee the documentation and tracking of project milestones, schedules, and resource requirements. • Oversee all tracking and executional updates required by JECO in a timely manner. • Supervise and lead the entire Operations Division, including conducting operations meetings. • Take charge of hiring and training all new employees within the operations department. • Manage and maintain all operations file systems, analyze sales and volume trends, and design programs to ensure maximum execution, highest sales, and profits. • Maintain efficient communication with the General Manager and the Director of Sales/Key Account Manager (DOS/KAM) regarding necessary resources for success at the retail level. • Ensure timely and effective communication with HR on all employee-related matters. • Foster a positive image for the company and RBNA both personally and professionally. • Establish connections at various organizational levels and geographical locations, fostering a positive impact on team culture and dynamics within the region. • Provide ongoing performance discussions during route rides with managers and subordinates, as well as quarterly stack ranking of personnel. Education and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree. • 3+ years of experience in an analytical or project management role. • 2-4 years’ experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods warehouse or inventory operations, with a preference for wholesale consumer products experience. • Familiarity with computer ordering systems and other IT systems.

  • Moving carts/dolly that weigh up to 75 pounds.
  • Ability to stand and walk frequently.
  • Performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials.
  • Work in both indoor and outdoor weather conditions.
