About The Position
The Corporate Director of Employment Relations at Emory Healthcare (EHC) is a key leadership role on the People Team responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, policies and procedures to promote a positive and compliant workplace culture. This role is pivotal in developing and implementing strategies that foster a positive workplace culture by ensuring that all employees feel valued and heard while ensuring compliance with legal standards. This leader will develop strategic partnerships across the enterprise by collaborating with internal stakeholders, including senior leaders and HR Business Partners, to strengthen our workforce, mitigate risk, and enhance the employee experience.
