The Corporate Director of Employment Relations at Emory Healthcare (EHC) is a key leadership role on the People Team responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, policies and procedures to promote a positive and compliant workplace culture. This role is pivotal in developing and implementing strategies that foster a positive workplace culture by ensuring that all employees feel valued and heard while ensuring compliance with legal standards.
