About The Position

The Corporate Development Research Analysis Director at TD SYNNEX is responsible for leading and executing strategic opportunities within the company. Requirements

  • Strong business modeling and valuation expertise.
  • Knowledge of acquisition evaluation techniques.
  • Experience leading financial due diligence and transaction processes.
  • Tech sector experience or education preferred.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in data entry, mathematical calculations, and problem-solving.
  • Ability to adapt, work under pressure, and manage confidential information.
  • Willingness for unpredictable travel.
  • Proficient in relevant computer systems and applications.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, manage multiple tasks, and build effective relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Gather important and relevant information to assist management in understanding market trends.
  • Research, review, and present market information to the management team.
  • Identify and evaluate business, industry, geographical impact, portfolio overlap, financial, accounting, and other risks and opportunities.
  • Initiate discussions and conduct conversations with industry participants.
  • Evaluate historical and projected earnings and cash flows, hidden contingencies, commitments, and tax exposures.
  • Conduct strategic assets analysis including IP, services, ability to scale and leverage those assets.
  • Review financial, accounting, and tax considerations in investment models, bank finance agreements, and public debt offerings.
  • Lead the planning and execution of due diligence activities across all functional areas of any transaction.
  • Develop and communicate balanced and comprehensive analyses for each stage of transactions for executives and key stakeholders.
