About The Position

The Corporate Development Professional, M&A at IBM is responsible for executing acquisitions, divestitures, minority investments, and other business development initiatives. Requirements

• Demonstrated perseverance and passion for achieving long-term objectives.

Responsibilities

• Execute acquisitions, divestitures, and minority investments on behalf of IBM business units.
• Conduct financial analysis and financial modeling.
• Perform valuation and company/market research.
• Prepare presentations and communications for senior executives.
• Manage projects related to M&A activities.
• Conduct due diligence and contract reviews.
• Oversee close/post-close payments.
