In this capacity, you will manage every phase of the deal lifecycle, performing detailed qualitative and quantitative assessments to identify targets, drafting executive recommendations, and overseeing financial modeling. Your responsibilities will also encompass due diligence, post-merger integration, and monitoring investment results.
