Corporate Development Manager
About The Position
We are seeking a driven and capable Corporate Development Manager to join ABM’s team. This team leads the development and execution of all acquisitions, minority and venture investments, partnerships, joint ventures, divestitures, and other strategic transactions that accelerate growth, drive value creation, and advance ABM’s enterprise strategy. The Corp. Development Manager will support all aspects of the corporate development lifecycle, including inorganic strategy development, opportunity screening, pipeline management, financial analysis, business case development, valuation, due diligence, deal structuring and negotiation, closing, and integration. The role will involve close collaboration with senior executives, functional leaders, internal stakeholders, and external advisors, with opportunities to take on increasing leadership responsibilities. This highly visible role reports to the SVP, Corporate Development and offers strong career progression with frequent exposure to ABM’s executive leadership team.
