About The Position
As part of our mission to keep seniors healthy and independent, the Corporate Development Manager will understand SCAN's enterprise & business unit priorities to identify opportunities where external assets can contribute to the goal. This includes opportunities for portfolio company collaboration, outside investments, strategic partnerships, mergers/acquisitions, and opportunistic incubations. The Corporate Development Manager support includes business development/growth/partnerships, operations and product support, serving as counsel / operating partner-like to Corporate Development leaders (including prepping for and attending board meetings; transactions; program/project management with solutioning and driving to successful closure) and general strategy development for SCAN and Corporate Development acquisitions.
