About The Position

We are looking for a Partner Operations Manager to play a key role in shaping Ivanti’s partner operations strategy. This position offers the opportunity to combine strategic analysis, business development, operations, partner engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to drive growth through Ivanti’s strategic partnerships. You will contribute to pivotal initiatives that help Ivanti realize its global mission to thrive in the Everywhere Work environment. This cross-functional role will take ownership of all operational aspects of the partner team, driving efficiency and operational excellence as we accelerate growth. You will define new procedures, streamline existing ones, and implement scalable systems that enable our team and our partners to work seamlessly together.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in partner operations management, sales operations, partner development, or a similar role in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and streamlining complex processes across teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to define, develop, and implement operational procedures and scalable systems.
  • Technical proficiency with CRM and operations tools (e.g., Salesforce, Partner Relationship Management platforms).
  • Analytical mindset with a track record of using data to drive decisions and process improvements.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure partnership goals are achieved.
  • Experience working with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), technology partners, and cloud providers supporting SaaS environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead partner team operations, including pipeline and performance tracking, process definition and optimization, royalty payments, and documentation.
  • Manage complex cross-functional projects, collaborating closely with sales, product, engineering, finance, and legal to align operational strategies and requirements to streamline partner engagement.
  • Develop and maintain regular dashboards, PowerPoint decks, and spreadsheets for reporting.
  • Review and refine existing workflows and processes, identifying and executing on opportunities to optimize partner engagement.
  • Develop and implement systems and tools to manage partner onboarding, enablement, performance tracking, and ongoing relationship management to help the team scale.
  • Support partner agreements, renewals, compliance, and other administrative processes.
  • Drive consensus for action across teams through clear communication and collaboration with senior executives, cross-functional leaders, and external stakeholders.
