About The Position
The Corporate Development Team identifies, evaluates, and executes M&A transactions and target investments for Veolia North America (VNA). Acquisitions are a key part of VNA’s growth strategy. Corporate Development leads all aspects of the deal process, including initial screening, due diligence, and ultimately financial valuation of target investments. Integrating information from internal commercial partners and due diligence into a financial model for valuation and presentations to VNA’s ExCom and Paris is a key requirement.
