Overview: Precisely’s Summer Internship Program is a paid, part-time opportunity for undergraduate students actively enrolled in university. This is an 10-week program that begins Monday June 8, 2026 and ends Friday August 14, 2026. This opportunity is 100% remote and you must be located in the United States during the summer internship. The Corporate Development Intern will work closely with the Corporate Development team. They will work with business initiatives and projects such as financial modeling, M&A pipeline development and assist with active deal work.

Requirements

  • Strong financial and analytical skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Hands on desire to learn more about real-world financial modeling and business case thesis development

Responsibilities

  • Help to build and refine Precisely’s strategic M&A roadmap and pipeline
  • Support active deal processes, including financial modeling, financial analysis, cross-functional due diligence, and business case thesis development
  • Conduct research on compelling AI themes in the data management SaaS ecosystem
