About The Position

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Corporate Development Finance Manager to join our finance leadership team during a high-growth phase. As a Private Equity-backed portfolio company of Warburg Pincus, HexArmor is scaling rapidly through both organic initiatives and strategic acquisitions. This high-impact role will report directly to the Vice President of Finance and serve as a key partner to executive leadership, driving financial modeling, M&A execution, long-range planning, and enterprise performance analysis. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling.
  • Background in Quality of Earnings (QoE) analysis, preferably gained from a Big Four or similar large CPA firm (Transaction Advisory Services) is highly preferred.
  • Experience working with or in private equity is preferred.
  • Proven expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into strategic insights and communicate effectively with leadership throughout the company.
  • Demonstrated experience in pricing strategies, M&A modeling and diligence support, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align financial goals with overall business objectives, presenting findings and recommendations in clear, executive-level reports.
  • Perform merger and acquisition financial modeling, including due diligence, valuation, and integration planning to support business expansion and strategic partnerships.
  • Oversee corporate financial planning, including the development and management of the annual companywide budgeting process, ongoing forecasting, and long-term financial projections.
  • Lead operational department planning and reporting, ensuring accurate and timely financial data to support operational efficiency and strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct monthly reviews and in-depth analysis of actual results against budgets and forecasts, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Drive pricing planning and support, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize pricing strategies and enhance profitability.
