About The Position
The Corporate Development team at Voyager Technologies has the most interesting job in the deep-tech sector: We lead Mergers & Acquisitions activities for the most interesting Defense & National Security and Space Technology companies in the world, and we create strategic partnerships with other leading-edge, fast-moving startups and global corporations. As a Corporate Development Associate, you will conduct research on areas of the market into which Voyager Technologies is considering expansion, evaluate the capabilities of potential targets within that market, research previous M&A transactions, maintain a pipeline of potential opportunities, value businesses, and assist in due diligence and deal execution. This role is most similar to an associate-level position in investment banking, private equity, or strategy consulting with slightly more focus on deal execution and less emphasis on creating outward facing marketing materials.
