About The Position

Corporate Development is a critical driver of Iterative Health’s growth strategy, and the company is expanding the function to support increased transaction activity in 2026 and beyond. As a Corporate Development Associate , you will play a central role in advancing IH’s strategic objectives by supporting the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of acquisitions and strategic management contracts that expand our site network. You will report directly to the VP, Corporate Development and work closely with the IH Executive Team and leaders across all functions. This role offers the opportunity to influence high-impact, company-shaping decisions and gain significant exposure to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience in Corporate Development, investment banking, private equity, or related fields.
  • Highly organized and structured thinker with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience building Excel financial models and developing slide presentations.
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience contributing to M&A deal processes, including sourcing, due diligence, financial analysis, or integration.

  • Track record of supporting or participating in environments with a high volume of transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and prioritize potential acquisition candidates aligned with IH’s growth strategy.
  • Engage directly with acquisition candidates to help position IH as their preferred buyer.
  • Gather and structure due diligence materials for internal and external stakeholders, including the Iterative Health management team, the Board, investors, and lenders.
  • Build, refine, and support the delivery of presentations to acquisition targets.
  • Support all aspects of legal, financial, tax, and operational due diligence.
  • Produce clear, well-structured financial models, presentations, and analytical materials.
  • Assist in the seamless integration of acquired companies into IH’s operations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with leaders across IH to ensure alignment on acquisition and integration activities.
