The Corporate and Business Development function at realtor.com is central to the firm’s growth strategy and works closely with the executive leadership team and senior operating executives across the organization to identify, evaluate, and execute mergers and acquisitions, and other inorganic growth strategies. As a Senior Corporate Development Associate, you will be actively involved with identification and evaluation of acquisition targets, development of investment theses, due diligence, financial modeling and valuation analysis, participation in management meetings with target companies, creation of investment recommendations and related presentations for senior leadership, reporting of relevant industry trends, and collaboration with external and internal teams to conceptualize and implement strategic partnerships. This is a full-time position reporting to the VP of Corporate and Business Development.
