About The Position
Cox Enterprises is currently looking for a Corporate Counsel, Product and Marketing to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. The Corporate Counsel, Product and Marketing will serve as a legal partner to both Cox Product Development and Marketing teams. The candidate must be an experienced, independent generalist attorney who will be responsible for providing substantive legal advice and counsel to diverse teams developing and marketing new Cox products and services (broadband, video, telephone, mobile, and IoT) for residential and commercial business deployment, and supporting general marketing and sales operations (sponsorships, sweepstakes/contests, advertising review, campaign development, sales support, disclaimer drafting), customer-facing communications, drafting and negotiating contracts, and assisting with risk mitigation and compliance with applicable laws. This position reports to the AVP, Associate General Counsel – Commercial Operations.
