  • Provides timely and practical legal advice to employees, executives, and directors.
  • Conducts legal research, analyzes laws and regulations, and applies findings to business situations.
  • Advises on a wide range of legal issues, including contracts, product liability, employment, commercial transactions, corporate governance, and other business matters.
  • Drafts, reviews, negotiates, and advises on a variety of commercial agreements.
  • Identifies, assesses, and advises on legal risks related to corporate and transactional matters, recommending appropriate actions to mitigate exposure.
  • Supports due diligence and documentation for acquisitions, joint ventures, investments, and other corporate transactions.
  • Assists with the preparation of the Company's SEC filings and related disclosures.
  • Manages disputes and litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, handling discovery, and coordinating with outside counsel.
  • Identifies opportunities to improve business processes and partners with process owners to implement enhancements.
  • Manages relationships with outside counsel globally to ensure cost-effective, high-quality legal services.
  • Bachelor's degree (required).
  • Juris doctorate in law (required).
  • Three to five years of relevant experience (required).
