As Suki’s Corporate Counsel you’ll be the "engine room" for Suki’s operations. Reporting directly to the GC, you will sit at the intersection of Legal, HR, Finance, & Commercial. This isn’t a role where you just redline documents and pass them off; you will be deeply embedded in our commercial growth. Your job is to make sure our legal and operational infrastructure can keep up with our sales team. You’ll be the point person for commercial deals. You will draft, review, and negotiate AI/ML licenses and ambient-listening agreements, ensuring we’re protected while getting deals across the finish line quickly. You’ll look for bottlenecks in how we handle HR, Finance, and Legal tasks and fix them. You are here to streamline workflows so the company can scale without breaking. You won’t just look at legal costs; you’ll partner with Finance on FP&A tasks, helping track spend and ensuring our legal strategy aligns with our budget and burn targets. You’ll stay in the weeds on HIPAA, data privacy, and the shifting landscape of AI regulation. You’ll make sure our product and our partnerships stay ahead of the compliance curve. Whether it’s a tricky vendor dispute or a question on employment law, you’ll be the go-to person for fast, practical answers that allow the business to keep moving. From offer letters to compliance and policy updates, you’ll oversee the HR function to ensure our people operations are as innovative as our tech.
