The Corporate Counsel role will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal support to CAA’s business groups, with a primary focus on M&A, JVs and minority investments, real estate, treasury, intellectual property and general corporate matters. The Corporate Counsel must have broad corporate and transactional experience with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work collaboratively across various corporate groups, including Finance & Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Global Facilities and IT. The Corporate Counsel role will report to the Deputy General Counsel or Senior Corporate Counsel, as directed.
