Corporate Counsel Job Description: The Corporate Counsel will primarily support HITT’s operations in the central United States and will be based out of HITT’s Dallas office. The Corporate Counsel will have a strong background in the Architectural, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry and/or in the energy sector, including contract drafting and negotiations, claim advice, strategies for contract administration and dispute resolution, union agreements, plus have strong communication skills and work ethic; be willing to grow and be challenged; work ethically, professionally and with integrity; be passionate about the core business of construction; and be willing to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The Corporate Counsel will be an integral part of HITT’s Legal and Compliance Department. This position may be eligible for a hybrid work schedule with up to one day a week of remote work after successful completion of an initial onboarding period.
