About The Position
AG1 is seeking a business minded Corporate Counsel with a positive attitude and a collaborative spirit to join our Legal team. At AG1 our team members embrace a growth mindset, inspire excellence and lead with courage to drive meaningful results. We are looking for an attorney who has experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts at scale with knowledge and experience providing advice on data privacy laws and requirements. Reporting to the Senior Corporate Counsel and collaborating with other members of the global Legal team, you will serve a variety of clients across the company, and leverage both tactical and strategic skills. In this role, the Corporate Counsel will exemplify AG1 values, modeling the values for their team and partners. The ideal candidate is an organized self-starter, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and organizational needs and has law firm training and experience as in-house counsel.
