About The Position
ProFrac Holdings (ProFrac) is an innovation-driven energy services company operating in key areas of the United States. ProFrac provides best in class hydraulic fracturing services utilizing cutting edge technologies as well as ancillary products and services for the oil field services sector. In support of its growth and strategic initiatives, ProFrac is seeking an experienced Corporate Counsel to join its legal team in Willow Park, Texas. Corporate Counsel is responsible for providing primarily transactional legal support for multiple company business units in a cross-functional capacity to minimize risk, ensure best practices, and to support day to day operations.
