About The Position
Carbon Direct is seeking a proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented attorney to join our growing Legal team. As Corporate Counsel, you will be a bit of a generalist—comfortable taking ownership of varied legal workstreams, learning new systems and processes quickly, and helping to improve and scale legal operations. You will support a wide range of business functions and play a hands-on role in drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts and policies across the organization. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in an evolving environment, exercises sound judgment, and values precision and functional execution in their legal work. You should be able to work efficiently and autonomously, easily switch gears, maintain professionalism and integrity, and have a proven ability to work well with internal and external stakeholders. While experience with carbon markets is a plus, it is not required—we are looking for someone eager to learn and grow with us.
