About The Position
Masco Corporation's Legal Department has an opening for a Corporate Litigation Counsel who will partner with our businesses and who has experience across a range of litigation related areas, including product liability and product compliance. The position will require a strategic approach to complex legal and regulatory issues, working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. The position will report to Masco’s Assistant General Counsel, Vice President, Litigation and Government Affairs. The Masco Legal Department strives to be a trusted business partner with corporate management and the individual business units, providing proactive advice to support strategic initiatives and to compete more effectively while performing compliance and corporate governance responsibilities in a timely, cost-effective manner.
