We are seeking an experienced employment attorney to provide strategic counsel on labor and employment matters, with a focus on advising HR and product teams on the legal implications of artificial intelligence in employment decisions. You'll partner directly with builders and senior leadership to provide proactive guidance on AI regulations, employment compliance, discrimination, disability accommodation, and workforce management, while managing sophisticated outside counsel relationships. Your day spans advising HR and product teams on AI compliance for recruiting and talent management tools, counseling on complex employment matters including terminations and accommodations, collaborating with outside counsel on active litigation, and engaging senior HR leadership on emerging AI and employment law trends. This role blends hands-on business counseling with litigation management and AI regulatory work, requiring you to work independently while partnering across Legal, HR, Privacy, and Technology teams. The Labor & Employment provides strategic legal guidance on the full spectrum of employment matters.
