Requirements
- 5+ years of legal experience
- Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent
- Experience in Regulatory Law
Nice To Haves
- Experience in legal work
- Experience in both corporate law firm and/or in-house legal environments
- Comprehensive background in occupational safety and health compliance
- Proven ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes
- Strong understanding of occupational health and safety regulations
- Experience dealing with legal matters pertaining to OSHA is a plus
- Experience dealing with environmental law a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive legal guidance to Corporate Environmental Health & Safety and Corporate Security teams
- Monitor and interpret regulatory changes, ensuring robust compliance mechanisms across multiple business units
- Develop strategic safety and security frameworks that mitigate workplace risks
- Manage global regulatory inquiries and inspections with precision and expertise
- Collaborate with international legal teams to create cohesive safety strategies
