Microsoft seeks a Corporate Counsel to join its Workforce, Employment, and Benefits Solutions (WEBS) team. This role provides practical, business-focused legal counsel on U.S. employment issues supporting Microsoft’s Human Resources Organization and business clients. This position is well suited for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys partnering closely with HR professionals, and is eager to deepen your Employment Law subject matter expertise, and help modernize and scale legal operations that support HR and business partners across the company. As Corporate Counsel, Employment Law you will: Provide timely, practical advice on a broad range of U.S. employment law issues, including performance management, investigations, accommodations, workplace policies, and separations. Support the development and modernization of scalable employment law tools, guidance, and workflows that strengthen consistency and operational excellence. Partner closely with HR, Legal, and business stakeholders to embed employment law considerations into workforce strategies and operational decision making.
