What you’ll do in your role. Cultivate strong, trusted relationships with clients and their teams, aligning legal guidance with business priorities Develop a deep understanding of client operations, goals, and evolving challenges Proactively identify legal and business risks and partner with stakeholders to mitigate or resolve them Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of agreements and related materials, including those supporting purchasing and sourcing, logistics, transportation, professional services, device insurance, and technology Address and resolve novel, unexpected, and complex business issues with practical, solutions-oriented advice Contribute meaningfully to the development and improvement of legal templates, playbooks, and contract clauses Develop and deliver engaging presentations and training for business clients and legal colleagues Collaborate closely with cross-functional legal teams and internal stakeholders to drive aligned, efficient outcomes Support and help advance process improvement initiatives championed by leadership and business partners The experience you’ll bring. Requirements

  • U.S. law degree with admission to at least one state bar in good standing
  • Minimum of 2-4 years minimum of experience as corporate counsel in a law firm or in-house environment
