What you’ll do in your role. Cultivate strong, trusted relationships with clients and their teams, aligning legal guidance with business priorities Develop a deep understanding of client operations, goals, and evolving challenges Proactively identify legal and business risks and partner with stakeholders to mitigate or resolve them Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of agreements and related materials, including those supporting purchasing and sourcing, logistics, transportation, professional services, device insurance, and technology Address and resolve novel, unexpected, and complex business issues with practical, solutions-oriented advice Contribute meaningfully to the development and improvement of legal templates, playbooks, and contract clauses Develop and deliver engaging presentations and training for business clients and legal colleagues Collaborate closely with cross-functional legal teams and internal stakeholders to drive aligned, efficient outcomes Support and help advance process improvement initiatives championed by leadership and business partners The experience you’ll bring. U.S. law degree with admission to at least one state bar in good standing Minimum of 2-4 years minimum of experience as corporate counsel in a law firm or in-house environment Minimum of 3–5 years of experience structuring, drafting, and negotiating technical and commercial transactions Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams Strong business judgment and legal acumen, including comfort navigating ambiguity and incomplete information Client-focused approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectations environment Strong interest in technology and telecommunications, with a desire to build broad knowledge of T-Mobile’s products and services Self-directed, proactive, and solutions-oriented, with a drive to exceed expectations and deliver meaningful results Deep commitment to team success and the understanding that shared wins benefit everyone Preferred Qualifications Experience working at a technology or wireless company, or in a law firm supporting similar clients, particularly on commercial matters involving purchasing, sourcing, or professional services Background supporting industries such as manufacturing (OEMs/ODMs), supply chain, logistics, transportation or courier services, device insurance, or large-scale retail operations Working knowledge of technology, hardware, wireless or regulated industries, privacy, and risk management Military experience is highly valued and strongly encouraged Essential Personal Attributes You are proactive, action-oriented, and energized by solving problems You hold yourself to a high standard and consistently strive for excellent outcomes You are deeply invested in the success of your clients, colleagues, and the company You remain professional, thoughtful, and composed under pressure You are curious, analytical, and enjoy tackling complex issues You bring sound judgment, common sense, and a sense of humor to your work You take ownership of your work and pride in delivering high-quality results You enjoy the deal process and are excited by contracting and negotiations You are highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and follow through on commitments You actively support diversity, inclusion, and a respectful workplace culture At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States
