Job Description We are seeking a Corporate Controller to join our New York City-based Finance team as we scale to the next phase of growth. This critical, senior-level role will lead the company’s accounting and financial reporting functions, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and timeliness across all financial operations. This role is responsible for overseeing the monthly close process, managing the general ledger, and producing financial statements in accordance with GAAP. The Controller will also own internal controls, audit readiness, and compliance, while partnering closely with Finance leadership to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making. As a key leader within the Finance organization, the Corporate Controller will build and manage a high-performing accounting team and collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, HR, and Operations. The ideal candidate brings deep technical accounting expertise, experience in media or digital-first environments, and the ability to scale systems and processes as the business grows. They are detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving company. This is a role for someone who thrives in the details but never loses sight of the strategic big picture - someone who can optimize operational excellence while architecting scalable, future-state systems and processes. This role reports directly to the CFO.
