This is a full-time position, reporting to the CFO, and will also work closely with the leadership team. This role will support all financial operations including accounting, finance, FP&A, and M&A. This role partners with the CFO in establishing and maintaining the organization’s accounting principles, practices, and procedures. Leads the process of analyzing reporting variances, maintaining general ledger and related systems for accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll. Develops management reports, coordinates, and monitors financial budgets, and ensures financial reporting is completed by generally accepted accounting principles. Manages and participates in the preparation of budgets, organizational planning, and the forecasting process. Generates monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and oversees the coordination of activities with external auditors. This position requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and leadership skills.
