Requirements

  • At least 3 years of clerical and administrative experience in a corporation.
  • H.S. diploma or equivalency.
  • Must be proficient in MS Outlook, MS Teams, MS Word, Excel, Google and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledgeable in travel and expense management systems.
  • Must be able to multi-task and be able to answer multi-line telephone system.

Responsibilities

  • Greet, register and announce visitors
  • Answer incoming telephone calls; determine purpose of callers, and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department efficiently.
  • Answer questions about organization and provide callers with address, directions and other information.
  • Help book global travel for executives.
  • Assist with Executive expense management.
  • Receive, log and distribute documents received via courier
  • Order office supplies as needed
  • Order Company/Department Catering as needed
  • Reserve conference rooms when necessary
  • Keep reception area organized and neat. Prepare conference rooms for meetings as needed and clean up after every meeting and at the end of the day.
  • Assist with local events as needed (holiday party, customer service week, etc.)
  • Issue and cancel PSA BDP IDs upon hire/termination
  • Performs other job-related duties and functions as required.
