About The Position
Build your career with IU Health! We have an exciting opportunity available for a Corporate Compliance Advisor to join the Corporate Compliance and Billing Integrity team. Functions as the lead compliance officer for assigned region. Oversees the effectiveness, operation, administration and management of compliance, excluding HIPAA-related privacy issues, for the region. Serves as the chair of the regional Compliance Committee and ensures all activities are consistent with system compliance policies, goals and strategies. Initiates, completes and communicates results of audits to leadership based on published work plan. Investigates compliance concerns and reports outcomes to regional leadership. Partners with internal audit, human resources, and quality to address emerging concerns in region.
