About The Position

The Junior Marketing Project Manager & Corporate Communications Specialist at American Bath Group (ABG) is responsible for executing marketing and communications projects within the Marketing team. This role focuses on project management and corporate communications, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. The position is designed for an entry-level candidate eager to learn and grow in the marketing field, contributing to the company's mission of enhancing North American homes through innovative bathware solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, project management, or business, preferred.
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Positive attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, tasks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
  • Track and monitor projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards; maintain regular communication with project stakeholders on the status.
  • Maintain accurate and organized project documentation within the project management system, including meeting notes, status reports, and project deliverables.
  • Develop and produce high-quality written and visual content for a variety of audiences, including employees, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged.
  • Support the planning and execution of company events, including product launches and employee events.
  • Track and analyze communication metrics to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies.
  • Maintain brand integrity across product lines, marketing tools, and all other internal & external communication as it pertains to assigned brands and channels.
  • Collaborate with a wide variety of functional areas such as sales, product & channel marketing, R&D, operations, and third-party partners to execute specific marketing plans.
  • Develop and execute marketing and communications materials in support of the brands and related products.
