As the Corporate Communications Senior Manager, you will primarily be responsible for managing the company’s global external communications and public reputation. The role would drive corporate messaging, media relations, and executive communications opportunities to ensure consistent, strategic representation of the organization to external stakeholders. Requirements

10+ years of experience in corporate communications, PR, or related roles, ideally within dynamic, high-growth, or technology-driven businesses.
Demonstrated experience driving critical narratives at the company or enterprise level.
Proven success working directly with C-suite and senior executives, including identifying media opportunities and preparing leaders for interviews.
Strong media relations experience and understanding of how journalists think.
Excellent writing, editing, and messaging skills, with the ability to translate complex issues into clear, compelling stories.
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Legal, Policy, Investor Relations, Marketing, or Product teams.
Sound judgment, discretion, and a strong sense of accountability.

Responsibilities

Drive core corporate narratives: Develop and manage high-impact, enterprise-level narratives that support Reddit’s business priorities, reputation, and long-term strategy.
Media relations: Build and strengthen media relationships with key reporters and outlets. Identify, develop, and lead feature stories that showcase Reddit’s products, communities, leadership, and impact, working closely with media and internal partners to bring these stories to life.
Executive communications & media engagement: Partner directly with senior executives to identify interview and speaking opportunities, develop messaging, and provide end-to-end preparation—including briefing materials, talking points, and mock interviews.
Strategic counsel: Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and cross-functional leaders on communications strategy, positioning, and reputational considerations.
Manage complex communications: Lead communications planning and execution for sensitive, fast-moving, or high-profile moments, balancing speed, accuracy, and tone.
Cross-team leadership: Coordinate big themes across the communications team and broader organization to ensure alignment and consistency.
Proactive storytelling: Identify and drive opportunities to tell Reddit’s story through media, thought leadership, and other high-impact channels.
Measurement & iteration: Track impact and sentiment, using insights to refine narratives and inform future strategy.
