About The Position

The Corporate Communications & Marketing Manager will collaborate with the CHRO to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy that aligns with the organization's vision, values, and strategic objectives. This role involves reviewing and assessing current marketing and communications efforts, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation, and leading the execution of marketing and communications plans across multiple channels, including digital, print, and internal communications platforms. The manager will oversee the development and maintenance of the organization's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all communications and marketing materials, and monitor and manage the organization's public image and reputation. Additionally, the manager will cultivate and respond to media inquiries, assist the CEO with internal and external communications, and develop strategies to increase organizational visibility and strengthen relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
  • At least 5-10 years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations, preferably within a healthcare setting.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing comprehensive marketing and communications strategies.
  • Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • Experience managing and mentoring a team.
  • Intermediate to advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment.
  • Good listener with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to handle sensitive and confidential employee and company information.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to categorize and analyze information, work independently, and prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the leadership team to ensure clear communication with employees.
  • Assist CEO with internal & external communications, recognitions, and executive branding.
  • Develop and deliver internal communications that support employee engagement.
  • Partner with departments to communicate key initiatives and updates.
  • Develop external communication strategies to increase organizational visibility.
  • Oversee the creation of press releases, newsletters, and social media posts.
  • Manage the organization's presence on social media platforms.
  • Lead the creation and implementation of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee the production of digital content, including website content and blogs.
  • Analyze digital marketing metrics and use insights to refine strategies.
  • Supervise and mentor the Digital Media Specialist.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align communication strategies.
  • Facilitate team meetings and cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Manage the marketing and communications budget.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators for marketing activities.
  • Assist in the development of crisis communication plans.
  • Ensure timely communication during emergencies or critical events.
