The Corporate Communications Manager will support the development and execution of internal communication strategies that align with Curriculum Associates’ mission, values, and business objectives. This role will play a key part in connecting employees across the organization, ensuring consistent and transparent communication, and fostering a culture of engagement and inclusion. The Manager will help tell the story of “Life at CA” by supporting company-wide messaging and assisting in the execution of communication campaigns that inform, inspire, and align team members. Reporting to the Director of Internal Communications, this role collaborates closely with the People & Culture (P&C) team, External Communications, and business leaders to create a unified and authentic internal voice that reflects CA’s purpose-driven culture. By fostering meaningful employee connections and communicating the stories that define CA, this role helps strengthens our internal community and reinforces CA’s reputation as a mission-driven, world-class employer.
