About The Position

Our internship with the Corporate Communications team is a hands-on, engaging program where you’ll gain real-world experience, learn new skills, and have fun while contributing to meaningful projects. You’ll receive coaching, mentorship, and plenty of opportunities to network and grow. As part of the global Corporate Communications team, you’ll see how we partner with business leaders. You’ll help with projects and special initiatives, share ideas and learn how strategies are developed to strengthen these partnerships. Requirements

  • Must be a rising college senior enrolled full time for the upcoming semester in an applicable Bachelor’s degree program set to graduate between December 2026 – June 2027
  • Must be pursuing a degree in Journalism, Marketing or Communications or related fields
  • Must be a resident of greater St. Louis, Missouri, for summer 2026 or be attending a St. Louis-based university
  • Must be able to work Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week from May 18 - August 7, 2026
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our organization for this position now or in the future

Responsibilities

  • Work with various internal and external stakeholders to develop messaging to be used across various channels and platforms.
  • Assist with media and interview requests.
  • Assist with targeted pitching efforts to generate news coverage about business initiatives or announcements.
  • Prepare internal news stories and communications to be featured across various internal channels.
  • Write, edit and proof various internal announcements, including email messages from leaders.
  • Assist with the development of PowerPoint presentations for cross-team projects.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop new ideas and content that meet the needs of business partners and the department.
  • Develop communications plans and create shareable content in support of global recruitment campaigns.
