About The Position
The Corporate Communications Director will lead the development of internal communications plans, materials, and activities to advance the purpose, mission, strategy, culture and values for the Carelon division. The Director will support Carelon's business transformation efforts by building advocacy internally through change communications, executive communications, and enterprise and business unit storytelling, helping to create excitement for the future and a sense of unity across all associates. This position will play a key role in driving internal narrative on how we are helping to drive the future of healthcare through our services, capabilities, and technology.
