About The Position

As a key member of our Corporate Communications department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic communication activities to enhance the company's brand and reputation. Success in this role requires a proactive mindset and a natural ability to build strong relationships, someone who thrives on engaging with others and forging meaningful connections across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in corporate communications or public relations
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling messages for a variety of target audiences.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates proactive cross-functional engagement to cultivate strategic relationships, extract actionable insights, and drive collaborative outcomes, favoring in-person interactions to enhance communication and alignment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing communication projects and campaigns.
  • Previous experience managing LinkedIn accounts for corporate entities.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in media relations, crisis communications, and social media management, particularly on LinkedIn, preferred.
  • Knowledge of the food and nutrition industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement corporate communication strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Develop engaging content for both internal and external communication channels, including newsletters, LinkedIn, website, and intranet.
  • Support senior leadership in preparing speeches, presentations, and other communication materials.
  • Monitor and analyze media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities and potential risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, HR, and Legal, to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
  • Manage the company's LinkedIn account and engage with followers to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Support various divisions within the company on their marketing and communication efforts to ensure consistency and alignment with overall corporate messaging.
  • Build trust and rapport through consistent, transparent, and empathetic communication with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Other duties as assigned.
