About The Position

In this position at Titan Hospitality, the Corporate Chef will occasionally provide vacation coverage and support when needed for our Executive Chefs across our various restaurants. This role requires a talented culinary professional capable of maintaining our high standards of food quality, service, and kitchen operations. The Corporate Chef will ensure seamless continuity and uphold the excellence of our culinary offerings. The Corporate Chef will lead and mentor a team of chefs and kitchen staff across multiple locations, working closely with the Culinary Director to develop and implement innovative menus that align with current culinary trends and Titan Hospitality's brand standards. The Corporate Chef will oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness, implementing and maintaining standardized recipes and procedures. Conducting daily line checks and kitchen audits will be essential to ensure compliance with recipes and overall food quality. Additionally, the Corporate Chef will manage food inventory and sourcing, ensuring the use of high-quality, sustainable ingredients. Training and development are key components of this role, as the Corporate Chef will develop and execute training programs for kitchen staff to enhance skills and maintain high standards. Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages professional growth is crucial. The Corporate Chef will collaborate with the culinary team to create seasonal menus that reflect market trends and customer preferences while analyzing food costs to maximize profitability without compromising quality. Implementing portion control and waste reduction initiatives will also be part of the responsibilities. Quality assurance is paramount, and the Corporate Chef will conduct regular tastings and quality checks to ensure the highest culinary standards. Addressing and resolving any issues related to food quality, presentation, or customer satisfaction will be part of the daily routine. Collaboration and communication with the Culinary Director and other department heads will be necessary to align culinary operations with overall business goals, ensuring effective communication with front-of-house staff to guarantee seamless service and guest satisfaction. The Corporate Chef will also oversee the planning and execution of special events and catering functions, ensuring that all event menus and services meet the client's expectations and Titan Hospitality's standards. Budget and financial management will be a significant aspect of the role, as the Corporate Chef will develop and manage budgets for kitchen operations across all locations, monitoring financial performance and implementing strategies to achieve budgeted goals. The Corporate Chef will work with the Culinary Director to develop short-term and long-term goals and objectives for each restaurant that correlate with the company's overall goals, ensuring that each unit meets the monthly and annual budgeted food cost and hourly labor percentages. This position requires a strong understanding of local health, fire, and safety inspections and the requirements/licensing for each restaurant, as well as the ability to inspire teamwork amongst the leadership by exhibiting a professional image and setting a positive example.
