About The Position

The Corporate Care Agent - Customer Service role at Likewize involves assisting customers with insurance program details, troubleshooting claims issues, and managing tickets to ensure a high-quality customer care experience. This position is based at the global headquarters in Southlake, Texas, and requires effective communication and problem-solving skills to deliver exceptional service.

Requirements

  • Able to utilize various online tools consecutively.
  • Typing skills of 35 plus words per minute.
  • Ability to identify, analyze, diagnose, and resolve issues.
  • Strong technical/troubleshooting ability.
  • Demonstrates strong verbal, written, and listening skills.
  • Exhibits a strong work ethic and actively works towards excellence.
  • Must meet quality, productivity, and attendance metrics.
  • High level of experience with Tablet/Smartphone Apps and Web-based Applications (a plus).
  • 2+ years of customer service/help desk experience required.

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of technical support for web, tablet, and/or mobile applications (preferred).
  • Detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers by explaining insurance program details.
  • Troubleshoot issues during the claims process.
  • Manage assigned tickets and work with internal departments to expedite resolution.
  • Demonstrate high-level communication skills and professionalism.
  • Provide information on client inquiries using resource materials.
  • Utilize knowledge-based systems to deliver information or solutions to customers.
  • Apply understanding of information systems products and services to assist customers on insurance claim matters.
  • Recognize, research, isolate, and resolve issues during the claims process.
  • Escalate claim issues to supporting internal teams as necessary.
  • Use courtesy, tact, and discretion in all communications with customers.
  • Report, track, and escalate issues through appropriate channels in a timely manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
