Requirements

• 2-6 years of significant experience in corporate transactions, with an emphasis on Capital Markets
• Strong interpersonal skills, a high degree of maturity, and a proven willingness to accept significant responsibility and manage a challenging workload within a fast-paced environment
• Strong academic credentials and writing skills are essential
• Well-versed in the mechanics of leading Capital Market transactions
• General corporate and corporate governance experience
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team across practice areas
• A willingness to train junior associates
• Candidates must be admitted to the Florida Bar or eligible for admission to the Florida Bar
