Requirements

  • 2-6 years of significant experience in corporate transactions, particularly in Capital Markets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a high degree of maturity.
  • Proven willingness to accept significant responsibility.
  • Strong academic credentials and writing skills.
  • Well-versed in the mechanics of leading Capital Market transactions.
  • General corporate and corporate governance experience.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team across practice areas.
  • Admitted to the Florida Bar or eligible for admission.

Responsibilities

  • Work with clients on corporate transactions with an emphasis on Capital Markets.
  • Lead due diligence teams.
  • Manage a challenging workload within a fast-paced environment.
  • Train junior associates.
