About The Position

This position plays a crucial role in the daily operational management of multiple Corporate Card Programs. These programs are essential for supporting business operations by delivering funds for service recovery and sales incentives, ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient delivery of card plastic, card value loads, card operations, cardholder service, and payment collections.

Requirements

  • 4-year college degree (BS or BA in a relevant field)
  • Completion of accounting courses
  • 2+ years of experience in a financial institution's back-office support unit for card service or electronic funds
  • 2+ years of experience in an accounting or related role
  • Experience with systems processing card transaction activity in-house

  • Advanced Excel skills, including extensive pivot table work
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills

Responsibilities

  • Perform operations for several Prepaid Card Programs, including fulfilling card requests, placing value on cards, tracking shipments, invoicing, and managing card inventory.
  • Coordinate payments and handle card cancellations, reissues, and refunds in collaboration with the accounting department. Address customer issues and suggest program improvements.
  • Assist with customer service communications, manage card account details, handle cardholder emails, and participate in program fraud management.
  • Track returned cards, update address records, and manage the card destruction process monthly.
  • Support the fulfillment of departmental audit requests.
  • Conduct monthly GL reconciliation for branch gift card programs.
